Terms and Conditions 688a – Clear Rules So You Can Bet with Confidence

By creating an account or using any service on the 688a platform, available at https://688a.click, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use 688a's services.

These Terms constitute the complete legal agreement between you and 688a. They apply to all features available on the platform: Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, E-sports, the bonus program, the VIP Program, and any other current or future services offered by 688a.

To use 688a's services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Have 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. 688a does not allow minors to access any feature of the platform.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal.
• Not appear on any active self-exclusion list, whether from 688a itself or from other recognized operators.
• Do not use the platform on behalf of third parties, whether to deposit, bet, or withdraw funds.
• Not being an employee, partner, service provider, or first-degree relative of a 688a staff member.

Each user may hold one active account only on the 688a platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to work around bonus limits, withdrawal limits, or any other restriction — is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account suspension and cancellation of any pending balances.

By registering, you are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

Personal Information Update

Details such as your name, CPF, and date of birth cannot be changed after registration without review and approval from 688a's Compliance team, and require supporting documentation. Other details such as your address and mobile number can be updated directly in your account dashboard and may require re-verification by email or SMS.

688a follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with current regulations and industry best practices for online betting and entertainment in Brazil.

Full identity verification is triggered in the following situations:

• First withdrawal above R$ 500.00.
• Cumulative withdrawal volume exceeding R$ 2,000.00 within 30 calendar days.
• Detection of unusual or suspicious activity by the platform's security system.
• User-initiated request to raise deposit or withdrawal limits.

688a offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Premier League, and other competitions), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Free Fire, Dota 2), and other sports available on the platform.

Bet Validity & Confirmation

A bet is considered valid and final from the moment you receive confirmation on the platform. The minimum bet is R$ 5.00. Parlay bets require a minimum of R$ 5.00 on the total combined stake.

688a reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a confirmed technical error. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the user's balance within a maximum of 2 hours after the error is identified. The user is notified by email.

Canceled & Postponed Events

• If an event is canceled before the start, all related bets are fully refunded.
• If an event is postponed by less than 48 hours, the bets remain valid for the rescheduled time.
• If the postponement exceeds 48 hours, bets are cancelled and stakes are returned to the balance.
• For games interrupted after they have begun, settlement follows the official result issued by the governing body (CBF, CONMEBOL, UFC, Riot Games, etc.) within up to 5 business days of the official decision.

Live Betting

With 688a live betting, there is a processing interval between bet confirmation and final acceptance. This interval ensures that no bet is accepted after the outcome of the event has already been determined — a practice prohibited on any regulated platform. 688a does not accept bets placed after the event that triggered the odds change has already occurred.

688a offers periodic bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. The specific terms of each promotion — including rollover requirements, validity period, and eligible sports and markets — are published on each promotion's page and form an integral part of these Terms upon acceptance by the user.

General Bonus Rules

• Each user is entitled to a single welcome bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the rollover requirement is met are eligible for withdrawal.
• 688a reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted due to a technical error or fraud before the rollover requirement has been met.
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 (unless otherwise specified in the promotion) do not count toward rollover requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiration date. Any bonus not used within the established period will expire automatically.

VIP Program – Monthly Cashback

The 688a VIP Program has four tiers with increasing cashback on monthly net losses, with no additional rollover on the cashback amount:

Cashback is calculated automatically at the end of each month and credited on the first business day of the following month. It is added directly to your available balance for betting or withdrawal — with no additional conditions.

Use of the 688a platform is strictly personal and non-transferable. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account on the platform, whether using the same CPF, email address, device, or IP address.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that simulates human actions on the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in odds or platform systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing coordinated bets with other users to manipulate market outcomes or circumvent betting limits.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities – 688a follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices and reports suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Using third-party payment methods without prior authorization from the Compliance team.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward support staff or other users on the platform.

688a reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate any of the above rules, with or without prior notice, and to withhold balances related to fraudulent activity for as long as necessary to complete the internal investigation and any required reporting to authorities.

688a may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Use of fraudulent techniques, match manipulation, or money laundering.
• Duplicate account detected.
• Judicial or regulatory order.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, any unused bonuses and winnings from bets placed during the violation period will be forfeited. Balances from legitimate deposits may be refunded following a review by the Compliance team, at 688a's sole discretion.

688a may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, betting industry regulations, platform features, or internal policies. Any material changes will be communicated to users by email at least 7 calendar days before they take effect.

The updated version of the Terms is always published on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms.

If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account before the effective date, as described in Section 11. After the effective date, the changes apply to all users with active accounts.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. 688a operates in compliance with Brazilian legislation on sports betting and online entertainment, including Law No. 14.790/2023 and other applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance.

In the event of a dispute between 688a and a user, the platform follows these resolution steps:

1. Direct support: The preferred channel is customer support via live chat or email. 688a is committed to responding to any formal complaint within 5 business days.
2. Internal mediation: Cases not resolved at first contact are escalated to the Compliance team, with a review period of up to 15 business days.
3. Arbitrage: Disputes not resolved through the previous steps may be submitted to a recognized arbitration body, in accordance with Law No. 9.307/1996.
4. Jurisdiction: For matters not subject to arbitration, the courts of the District of São Paulo, SP, are exclusively elected, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
